Biscuit’s familiar hello.Example artwork with an AI-generated bark. Open the listening page.

Who came
to mind?

A message from Mum. A laugh across the miles. The bark that means you’re home.

For Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas and the birthdays with a zero. For anniversaries, new grandbabies and no particular reason at all.

It was only
a little voicemail.

You’re looking for something personal for Mum’s birthday. Then you remember a voicemail from Dad. Nothing momentous. Just his usual “just checking in, love”.

Imagine turning those few words into a print for her bedside. Something lovely to look at. Something familiar to listen to.

How to save a voicemail

On iPhone

Open the message in Phone, then tap Share. Save the audio to Files, if that option is available, or send a copy to yourself. Keep the original too.

On Android

If your Phone or carrier app offers visual voicemail, open the message and look for Share or Send to. Save or send yourself the audio file. The steps vary by phone and carrier.

No share option? Ask your carrier how to export a copy, or email us with your phone model.

A familiar sound.
A place to keep it.

A voicemail from someone you miss. The purr that used to settle beside you. Sometimes it’s the smallest sounds we want to keep close.

Use a recording you already have, with just their name, a few words or nothing more. There is no right way to remember.

If you’re making this for a friend, you might first ask whether they would like a recording made into a keepsake.

About your privacy

It can sound like real life.

Try your recording

A few
good questions.

Can I use my dog’s bark or my cat’s purr?

Yes. A bark, purr, happy howl or familiar snore can become an artwork. Choose a recording in which you can hear the sound you want to keep.

Will an old or crackly voicemail work?

It does not need to be a studio recording. If you can hear the part that matters, try it in the creator and listen to the final clip. We do not remove background noise or recreate missing words.

What if my recording is longer than 30 seconds?

Upload a recording up to 10 minutes and 25 MB, then choose a clip of up to 30 seconds. You keep your original file, so the rest of the recording is still yours.

Can I see and hear it before I pay?

Yes. Preview the artwork, listen to your selected recording and check the final PDF before checkout. You do not need an account to begin.

Who can hear the recording?

Anyone with the unlisted listening link or QR code can listen. It is not password protected. Share it with people you trust. You can revoke hosted access, but that cannot remove copies someone has already saved.

How long will the QR code work?

Your purchase includes five years of hosted listening from payment. You also receive the recording and an offline listening copy to save somewhere safe. We do not promise lifetime hosting.

Do you send a printed or framed artwork?

You receive digital files. Includes A4, A3 and A2 for your artwork, then print it at home or with a local printer and add a frame you love. An extra A5 listening card is included. Printing and framing are separate.

Can I give it by text or email?

Yes. Send the memory-page link by text or email, or give the printed artwork or listening card. The recipient can open the link in a browser or scan the QR code. No app or account is needed to listen.

When will my files arrive?

Files are prepared automatically after payment and emailed to your checkout address. There is no parcel to wait for. If they have not arrived within an hour, check spam and email us with your order number.

How do I save a voicemail from my phone?

Open our short voicemail guide for iPhone and Android. Phone and carrier options vary. If you get stuck, email hello@ourstokeep.com.au with your phone model. Keep a separate copy of the original recording.
